Hostel Warden (Male/Female)

Key Duties : To oversee and operate the hostel operation of College MCS.

Responsibilities :

    • Cleanliness

    • Rubbish disposal
    • Any structural damage
  • Report to operations/admin on your findings via using warden checklist provided.
  • Investigate if there is any damage by students on management property etc. bed, locker, fan, study tables, cloth hanger, shoes, rack, electrical fitting and structural damage.
  • Payment collection follow up and property damage by student if any.
  • To collect weekly report and complaint forms from students – analyse and submit to operation.
  • Follow up on maintenance job.
  • Assist operation/admin on tagging management properties, assigning new student to related hostel.
  • Preparation for new student’s intake to hostel.

Hostel Operation Officer

Key Duties : To oversee and operate the hostel operations of College MCS

Requirements : Degree or Masters

Responsibilities :

  • Daily operation Hostel.
  • Collect Weekly report from hostel leader.
  • Collect Complaint Form by students from warden to be followed up within the stated time frame.
  • To prepare report on the available space or area in all units.
  • Look for new units of hostels to cater for future students.
  • Issue job order and check list to warden and cleaner on daily basis and follow up.
  • Follow up with Admin on job maintenance & complaint from hostel leader and warden.
  • Do spot check on Male & Female hostel on cleanliness, safety and property damage.
  • Issue claim to student if there is any hostel property damaged by the students.
  • Implement & execute Hostel Rules & Regulations for condo and shop lots.
  • Tagging all of the properties of hostel (My Computer Shop Sdn. Bhd.).
  • Handle Inventory and Purchasing – raise Purchase Request(PR) when necessary.

Account Executive

Key Duties : Handling full set of account, analysis of account and management of account.

Responsibilities :

  • Check and verify the amount received in regards of student fees, student registration fees and other receipts from Finance Department and other related department.
  • Ensure that all receipts properly accounted and match with the student account.
  • Reconcile Bank statement each month.
  • Ensure that related party transaction between companies properly accounted and recorded.
  • Liaise with bank officers for any communication needed for banking associated activities.
  • Ensure that student accounts are updated including Hostel Management.
  • Update Student Fees database system. Verify the payment report with PTPK/PTPTN/MARA letter and bank statement.
  • Report payment tracking report for each program
  • Verification Marketing Sales report for payroll and marketing commission.
  • Bank in cash, cheque for utility payment (i.e: Telekom, Celcom, TnB, SYABAS)
